EMPYRE requires all users to confirm they are 21 years of age or older before accessing the platform or any storefront. Products sold through the platform may contain hemp-derived cannabinoids and nicotine, and are intended solely for adults of legal age. Selling or distributing products to minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
EMPYRE does not guarantee any level of income or success. Any earnings shown are illustrative examples only and do not represent typical results. IBOs must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated income claims when recruiting or marketing. All income representations must include a clear disclaimer that results vary and depend on individual effort. IBOs must reference EMPYRE's published Income Disclosure Statement when making any income claim. See our Earnings Disclaimer for full details.
EMPYRE's compensation plan is based on actual product sales to retail customers, not on recruitment alone. Commissions are earned when products are sold through an IBO's storefront or by their downline. EMPYRE does not pay commissions merely for recruiting new IBOs. The current production compensation plan is tied to verified retail sales, not recruitment alone. Team volume may be tracked for progress, but team-volume bonuses are not active.
Products sold through EMPYRE are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. IBOs must not make health or medical claims about any product. All product descriptions should accurately reflect the product and its intended use. Hemp-derived products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (≤0.3% Δ9-THC).
IBOs must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations. This includes: (a) not using spam or unsolicited communications; (b) not making deceptive comparisons to competitors; (c) clearly disclosing their IBO status in promotional materials; (d) not implying endorsement by EMPYRE beyond what is authorized; (e) not using income testimonials without referencing the Income Disclosure Statement; (f) not making health or therapeutic claims about products.
Recruiting must be conducted honestly and transparently. IBOs must not: (a) pressure or coerce prospects; (b) misrepresent the compensation plan; (c) promise specific earnings; (d) recruit minors; (e) imply that income is guaranteed, passive, or easy; (f) show commission checks or screenshots as income proof. The focus of EMPYRE is education and momentum — not forced purchases.
Under no circumstances may products be sold, gifted, or distributed to anyone under 21. IBOs are responsible for verifying the age of their retail customers. Violations will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.
EMPYRE products are derived from federally legal hemp as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill. Product availability, legality, and shipping eligibility vary by jurisdiction. IBOs must confirm which products can be legally marketed, sold, and shipped in their location. See our Hemp Compliance page for full federal and state compliance details.
IBOs are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations, including self-employment taxes, and any required business licenses. EMPYRE does not provide tax or legal advice. IBOs should consult qualified professionals regarding their specific situation.
EMPYRE publishes business-opportunity, income, and earnings disclosures so prospective IBOs can review material information before enrollment. These materials should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as satisfying any jurisdiction-specific requirement. See our Business Opportunity Disclosure page for details.
If you become aware of any compliance violation, report it to EMPYRE support immediately. EMPYRE investigates all reports and takes appropriate action, up to and including account termination and legal action. Whistleblower protections apply to good-faith reports.
