This Income Disclosure Statement is provided in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on income claims for direct selling and multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses. It is designed to state clearly that verified historical earnings data is not yet sufficient for EMPYRE to make a typical-income representation.
EMPYRE is a direct selling platform that provides Independent Business Owners with a cannabis-focused online storefront, training academy, and hybrid matrix compensation structure. IBOs earn commissions on retail sales and may earn team volume bonuses based on their downline's sales activity.
The following table reports no substantiated annualized earnings by rank because the platform does not yet have a sufficient production reporting period. Future published figures, if available, will cover qualified direct-retail commissions and will exclude business expenses (marketing, travel, internet, phone, etc.), which IBOs pay from their own funds.

Personal Volume (PV): The dollar value of products sold through an IBO's personal storefront.
Group Volume (GV): The combined personal volume of an IBO and their entire downline.
Active IBO: An IBO who has made at least one qualifying retail sale in the current period.
This Income Disclosure Statement is provided to comply with the FTC's guidance on income claims for direct selling businesses, as set forth in the FTC's Business Guidance Concerning Multi-Level Marketing and the FTC Act. EMPYRE requires all IBOs to reference this disclosure when making any income claim or earnings representation.
