All earnings are based on actual product sales and team volume bonuses, which depend entirely on the individual IBO's effort, skill, market conditions, and other variables outside EMPYRE's control.
Any income figures, commission calculations, or earnings examples shown on the EMPYRE platform, in marketing materials, or presented by IBOs are illustrative only. They demonstrate how the compensation plan works mathematically — they do not represent actual or typical earnings. The Compensation Calculator on this platform explicitly labels its output as 'Illustrative Monthly Commission' and is not an earnings prediction.
As with any direct selling or multi-level marketing opportunity, most participants earn little or no income. Building a successful EMPYRE business requires significant time, effort, customer acquisition skills, and ongoing product sales. IBOs should not join EMPYRE expecting to earn a specific amount or expecting to replace a full-time income.
Any income figures referenced by EMPYRE or its IBOs represent gross income — total commissions and bonuses before expenses. IBOs are independent contractors responsible for their own business expenses, which may include marketing, advertising, internet, phone, travel, training materials, and taxes. Net income will be lower than gross income, and in some cases may be zero or negative.
IBOs are independent contractors, not employees of EMPYRE. EMPYRE does not pay salaries, wages, or guaranteed compensation. All earnings are commissions based on verified product sales and team volume. IBOs are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, including self-employment taxes, and should consult a qualified tax professional.
EMPYRE's compensation plan is based on actual product sales to retail customers, not on recruitment alone. Commissions are earned when products are sold through an IBO's storefront or by their downline. EMPYRE does not pay commissions merely for recruiting new IBOs. This sales-based model distinguishes EMPYRE from illegal pyramid schemes, as defined by FTC guidance and established case law (FTC v. Amway, 1979).
IBOs are strictly prohibited from making any income claim, earnings representation, or lifestyle promise that is not substantiated by EMPYRE's published Income Disclosure Statement. IBOs must not: (a) show checks or commission screenshots as income proof; (b) claim specific earnings amounts; (c) imply that income is guaranteed, passive, or easy; (d) use testimonials that suggest typical results. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
Individual results vary significantly based on effort, market conditions, product availability, jurisdiction restrictions, customer demand, sales skill, team building ability, and time invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. EMPYRE makes no representation that any IBO will achieve the same results as any other IBO.
Prospective IBOs should understand that building any business — including an EMPYRE business — may involve expenses. While EMPYRE does not require a starter pack purchase and joining is free, IBOs may choose to invest in marketing, advertising, or additional training. These expenses are the IBO's responsibility and are not reimbursable by EMPYRE.
EMPYRE reserves the right to modify the compensation plan, commission rates, rank requirements, and payout schedules at any time. Changes will be communicated to IBOs through the platform. IBOs should always refer to the current published compensation plan and income disclosure for the most up-to-date information.
